Eligibility Why Pay More ("we," "us") sells exclusively to registered, licensed independent pharmacies operating in Ontario and Quebec. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm you are an authorized representative of a licensed pharmacy and agree to these terms.

Not for Public Sale Products listed on this site are wholesale goods for resale by licensed pharmacies only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet this eligibility requirement.

Account Verification We may request proof of pharmacy licensure (e.g., license number, business registration) before approving an account or processing a first order.

Pricing All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change with [14 days'] notice. Pricing errors may be corrected prior to order confirmation.

Payment Terms Payment is due within 7 days of receipt of product.

Order Acceptance An order is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Why Pay More. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or modify any order prior to confirmation.

Title & Risk of Loss Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the buyer's address.

Product Availability All products are subject to availability. We will notify you promptly of any backorder or substitution and give you the option to cancel that line item.

Limitation of Liability Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
